This fabulous blouse from Frank Lyman is made for a lightweight fabric which combines both black chiffon detailing and a stripped/spotted printed fabric on both the front and back. This blouse has a wonderfully airy feel and has black chiffon 3/4 length sleeve detailing with the printed cuff. The blouse features a smart collar and button detailing down the front. This blouse looked wonderful teamed with a black camisole underneath and can be worn open as a jacket.
